It doesn't just fill in the tannins missing from dessert apples and add complexity \u2013 it also brings beautiful citrusy, floral and rosy aromas that make this cider truly unique and elegant.<\/p>\n<p>Crafted using the m\u00e9thode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation in bottle, aged for 3 years, then hand-disgorged. Fine bubbles, a rounded texture, a characterful yet light flavour.<\/p>\n<p>Elegant, complex \u2013 but never heavy.<\/p>\n<p>Equally versatile, yet perhaps best matched with pork or suckling pig.
