General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of Magyar Cider Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider or Seller) and the Customer (hereinafter: Customer or Buyer or User) who uses the electronic commerce services provided by the Service Provider through the brightcider.hu website (Service Provider and Customer hereinafter jointly: Parties). The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services carried out through the brightcider.hu website (hereinafter: Website), regardless of whether the performance is carried out from Hungary or abroad, by the Service Provider or its contributor. These GTC are continuously available and downloadable from: brightcider.hu/aszf

The current GTC contains the terms of use of brightcider.hu (hereinafter: Webshop) as follows: The purchase agreement established under this GTC (hereinafter: Agreement) qualifies as a written agreement, which the Service Provider electronically files and stores for 8 years, during which period it is subsequently accessible. The agreement is concluded in Hungarian and does not refer to a code of conduct.

Key information about the Webshop:

There is no minimum order amount for purchases in our Webshop.

How can I pay for my order?

For orders within Hungary:

  • Upon personal pickup – by card or cash
  • As well as by individual agreement according to the contract
