General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of Magyar Cider Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider or Seller) and the Customer (hereinafter: Customer or Buyer or User) who uses the electronic commerce services provided by the Service Provider through the brightcider.hu website (Service Provider and Customer hereinafter jointly: Parties). The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services carried out through the brightcider.hu website (hereinafter: Website), regardless of whether the performance is carried out from Hungary or abroad, by the Service Provider or its contributor. These GTC are continuously available and downloadable from: brightcider.hu/aszf

The current GTC contains the terms of use of brightcider.hu (hereinafter: Webshop) as follows: The purchase agreement established under this GTC (hereinafter: Agreement) qualifies as a written agreement, which the Service Provider electronically files and stores for 8 years, during which period it is subsequently accessible. The agreement is concluded in Hungarian and does not refer to a code of conduct.

Key information about the Webshop:

There is no minimum order amount for purchases in our Webshop.

How can I pay for my order?

For orders within Hungary:

  • By online card payment when placing the order
  • As well as by individual agreement according to the contract

Can I buy as a company?

Yes. At checkout, tick “I’m buying as a company” and enter the company name and tax number; the invoice is issued with these details. Invoices issued by the webshop are not suitable for certifying the origin of excise goods, so purchases for resale cannot be made through the webshop. For reseller enquiries, please write to info@brightcider.hu. Rights granted to consumers (such as the right of withdrawal) do not apply to buyers purchasing as a business.
