Processing of Data Subject’s Data Related to Webshop Purchases
Description of Service: The Controller processes the personal data of customers in the webshop operated on the brightcider.hu website in connection with purchases (product sales) for the purpose of fulfilling the invoicing obligation related to the purchase, electronically confirming the fact of the purchase, and handing over the purchased product to the customer at the pickup point.
Scope of data subjects: Persons purchasing in the webshop.
Purposes of Data Processing:
- Contract performance: creation, determination, modification of the contract content for webshop purchases, electronic confirmation of the purchase, handover of the purchased product, i.e., monitoring performance and invoicing the fees arising therefrom.
- The Controller retains and further processes certain data for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations. (hereinafter: Fulfillment of legal obligation)
- For the purpose of enforcing legal claims during the general limitation period following termination of the contract.
- Based on the Data Subject’s consent, the Controller processes the Data Subject’s data for the operation of the BrightCider loyalty program, newsletter sending, notifications about promotions and events.

Duration of Data Processing:
- Contract performance: until performance of the contract.
- Legal obligation: 8 years based on the document retention obligation prescribed by the Accounting Act.
- Legal claims: 5 years following termination of the contract, according to the limitation rules set forth in Section 6:22(1) of the Civil Code.
- Consent: until withdrawal of consent.
Legal Basis for Data Processing:
- Contract performance: performance of the contract is the legal basis for data processing.
- Legal obligation: document retention obligation prescribed by the Accounting Act: Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000.
- Legal claims: the legitimate interest of the Controller.
- Consent: the voluntary consent of the data subject based on appropriate information.

Rights of the Data Subject:
Right of Access: The Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, to access the personal data and related information.
Right to Rectification: The Data Subject has the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete data. Requests should be sent in writing to 1123 Budapest, Alkotás utca 55-61 or to info@brightcider.hu.
Right to Erasure („Right to be Forgotten”): The Data Subject has the right to request the erasure of personal data without undue delay where the data is no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn, the subject objects, or the processing is unlawful.
Right to Restriction of Processing: The Data Subject has the right to request restriction of processing where the accuracy is contested, processing is unlawful but erasure is not requested, the Controller no longer needs the data but the subject requires it for legal claims, or the subject has objected to processing.
Right to Object: The Data Subject has the right to object to processing of personal data. In such cases, the Controller may not further process the data unless compelling legitimate grounds are demonstrated.
Right to Data Portability: The Data Subject has the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
