Similar to ice wines, we concentrate the apple juice by freezing, then slowly ferment and age it. The essence of fresh apple with the complexity and elegance of a fine spirit. As an aperitif, with desserts, cheeses – or just as it is. The most perfect pairing? Alongside Christmas walnut bejgli and a slice of Gerbeaud cake.
