Rozmaring 2021 – Single Variety Cider

Made from 100% Húsvéti Rozmaring apples – a nearly forgotten old Hungarian variety, once a favorite of our grandmothers, prized for its ability to keep fresh all the way through Easter. (hence its name Húsvét = Easter)

Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation in bottle and aged for more than 3 years. This extended aging brings not only elegance, but also fine, silky bubbles and subtle creamy, lightly buttery notes, while preserving the apple's fresh, crisp character.

Fresh and deep, light yet complex.

Perfect on its own for a celebratory moment, equally at home alongside a relaxed summer barbecue, or served at the end of a meal with more characterful cheeses.
