Our classic blend: a mix of Jonatan, Idared and Golden apple varieties, each a favourite of old Hungarian orchards. A cider that doesn't chase the character of a single variety – it seeks balance.

Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation in bottle, aged for 3 years, then hand-disgorged. The result? Fine, lively bubbles that give you the feeling of biting into a crisp, fresh apple – with that little extra elegance that only time can bring.

A great match for white meats, poultry, pork and barbecue – and surprisingly good with fish and seafood too, if you're looking for something a little unexpected. But just as good on its own, poured over ice on a lazy summer evening. Add a drizzle of fresh strawberry purée and it becomes a luxury cocktail – with minimal effort.
